Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with 8 to 10 years of expertise in performance engineering and application performance testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter and be capable of designing comprehensive performance test strategies for enterprise applications. You will work closely with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards before production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies for enterprise applications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
- Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing.
- Analyze application, server, and database performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Monitor application performance using industry-standard monitoring and APM tools.
- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
- Define workload models, test scenarios, and performance benchmarks based on business requirements.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.




- Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to validate production readiness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and production performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to performance engineering best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills :

- 810 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web servers, and application architecture.
- Experience in analyzing CPU, memory, disk, network, JVM, and database performance metrics.
- Good understanding of SQL and database performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Recent Relic.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
