The organization focuses on proactive health screening to detect cancers and lifestyle diseases at early stages, supporting better outcomes and more effective treatment. NURA’s model emphasizes preventive care for asymptomatic individuals through systematic, technology-backed screening programs.

With centers currently located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, NURA is expanding its presence to make high-quality preventive healthcare more accessible across India.

Role Description The Senior Operations Manager at NURA is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the screening center. This position involves managing daily workflows, supervising cross-functional teams, and ensuring that patient appointments, imaging processes, and reporting activities run smoothly and efficiently.

The Senior Operations

Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize resource allocation, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards, and support continuous process improvement. The role includes close collaboration with clinical staff, technology partners, and administrative teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience.



The individual will also contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of initiatives that support center growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations, clinic or diagnostic center management, or related service operations leadership.

Proficiency in process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring using data and metrics.

Solid people management skills, including team leadership, staffing, training, and performance development.

Ability to manage budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and operational risk in a structured manner.

Familiarity with healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety practices.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.

Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and non-clinical teams.

Comfort with technology-driven environments, ideally including exposure to diagnostic imaging or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in a senior operations or center manager role in healthcare or a high-compliance service sector is highly beneficial.
