- Solid knowledge of the Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including customer invoicing, collections, receipt accounting, and customer account reconciliation.

- Experience in managing distributor, dealer, modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional customer accounts.

- Sound knowledge of GST provisions relating to sales, debit notes, credit notes, and e-invoicing.

- Experience in reconciliation of customer ledgers, collection follow-up, and resolution of billing disputes.

- Knowledge of credit control, credit limit monitoring, ageing analysis, and overdue collections.

- Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Focus ERP, or similar ERP platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, dashboards).

- Experience in month-end closing, revenue reconciliation, and receivable reporting.

- Ability to reconcile customer payments received through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, payment gateways, and cheque deposits.

- Experience in preparing MIS reports related to sales, collections, ageing, and outstanding receivables.

- Knowledge of channel schemes,



trade discounts, cash discounts, and sales incentive accounting.

- Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and internal financial controls.

- Experience in coordinating with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams for issue resolution.

- Ability to support statutory audits, internal audits, and customer balance confirmations.

- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail with the ability to work under strict timelines.
