A Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures. This role requires a deep understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and security best practices.

The Senior Network

Engineer will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.

- Configure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).

- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.

- Implement network security measures to protect against threats.

- Analyze network requirements and recommend solutions.

- Develop and maintain network documentation.





- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

- Participate in network planning and capacity planning.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in network engineering.

- Robust knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching).

- Experience with network design and implementation.

- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, etc.) preferred.
