Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, network security, cloud connectivity, and IT infrastructure solutions. This role involves deploying and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance network environments while providing technical support, project implementation, and customer-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for client environments.
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and network security appliances.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLANs, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet connectivity.
- Deploy and manage network security solutions, including Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, NAC, Web Filtering, and Access Control.
- Monitor network availability, utilization, and performance using network monitoring and management tools.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex network incidents within defined SLAs.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, infrastructure expansion, and disaster recovery activities.
- Configure and support cloud networking solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cloud, server, virtualization, and security teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
- Create and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, configuration backups, SOPs,



and technical reports.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, solution design, and pre-sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security standards, compliance requirements, and change management processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers whenever required.
- Support managed services operations, including in office and remote troubleshooting.

Required Technical SkillsNetworking
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, Routing and Switching.
- Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, VTP, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, ACLs, QoS, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wireless Networks, and VPN technologies.

Network Security
- Experience implementing and managing Firewall solutions, VPN, IPS/IDS, NAC, and Network Access Control.
- Strong understanding of network security best practices and security hardening.

Networking Devices Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Cisco
- Fortinet
- Sophos
- Aruba
- Juniper
- MikroTik

Cloud & Virtualization
- Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure networking services.
- Understanding of Hybrid Cloud networking and secure cloud connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.

Monitoring & Tools Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as:
- PRTG
- SolarWinds
- Zabbix
- Nagios
- ManageEngine OpManager
- Wireshark

Preferred Certifications




- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Preferred
- Fortinet NSE Certification
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field.

Required Experience
- 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Networking, IT Infrastructure, Network Security, and Cloud Networking.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP), System Integrators, or IT Infrastructure solution companies will be preferred.
- Experience handling customer implementation projects and providing remote/on-site technical support.

- Exposure to Network Automation tools such as Ansible or Python (preferred).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and change management practices.
