Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This pivotal role involves the comprehensive design, implementation, management, and optimization of our global network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will ensure high availability , robust security , and peak performance across our diverse network ecosystem, including firewalls

, routing and switching platforms , load balancers , WAN optimization devices , and wireless networks . This position demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to drive network excellence in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities Network Administration & Support

- Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade routers, switches, and advanced routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and others.
- Maintain and enforce secure, efficient firewall policies with extensive hands-on experience in Palo Alto technologies.
- Administer F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM), including VIP configurations, SSL offloading, iRules, and traffic distribution policies to ensure optimal application delivery.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance Riverbed WAN optimization solutions to boost application performance across geographically dispersed environments.
- Oversee and optimize enterprise wireless networks (e.g., Extreme, Aruba, or equivalent), ensuring comprehensive coverage, security, and performance.

Security & Compliance

- Implement and enforce rigorous network security policies and procedures to safeguard critical infrastructure.




- Conduct periodic audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert incident response and troubleshooting support for network security events, minimizing impact and ensuring rapid resolution.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

- Utilize advanced monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) to proactively ensure network health, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center environments, employing systematic diagnostic methodologies.
- Serve as escalation support for critical network outages, ensuring minimal downtime and swift recovery.

Documentation & Projects

- Maintain meticulous documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Lead and support network infrastructure upgrade and migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (e.g., cloud, security, applications) to integrate and align network strategies with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in network administration or network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level environments.

Technical Expertise





- Hands-on proficiency in:
- Firewall technologies, with strong knowledge of Palo Alto.
- Routing & Switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, QoS).
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM).
- Riverbed WAN optimization.
- Wireless networking (e.g., Extreme, Aruba, or equivalent).
- In-depth understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MPLS, and network segmentation.
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, F5-CA/CTS, NSE, CWNP, or Riverbed RCSA/RCSP are preferred.
