To support our expanding admissions operations across domestic and international markets, we are looking for an Senior MIS Executive who will play a key role in managing business data, generating structured reports, developing performance dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. This role requires expertise in Advanced Excel, database management, structured reporting, and dashboard development, along with the ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Admissions, and leadership teams to enable informed decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain large volumes of sales and admissions data with high accuracy.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for leadership and business stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance, lead conversion, admissions pipeline, and operational KPIs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all business functions.

- Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, productivity, and operational metrics.

- Generate automated reports using Advanced Excel functions wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with Sales,



Admissions, Marketing, and Operations teams for data collection and validation.

- Track lead allocation, conversion rates, counsellor productivity, and overall sales performance.

- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of business data.

Selection Criteria:

Education &

- Academic Background

- Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, Sales MIS, Data Analysis, or Operations Reporting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.

- Exposure to Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or Tableau will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization concepts is desirable.

- Experience supporting Sales, Admissions, EdTech, BPO, or Customer Success teams is preferred.
