Role Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for fabricated technological components and engineering solutions.

The role demands strong international exposure in Export–Import operations and experience with multinational environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing high-value business from global power, oil & gas, and railway markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to expand business in domestic and international markets.
- Identify potential customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and government bodies in strategic sectors (Power, Oil & Gas, Railways, etc.).
- Lead tendering processes, proposal preparation, techno-commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
- Oversee export marketing, global customer onboarding, international pricing strategies, and compliance (LC, Incoterms, DG Shipping, Customs, etc.).
- Conduct competitor analysis, market intelligence, and forecasting for emerging industry trends and technological requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relations with global clients, channel partners, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders.
- Support product development teams with customer feedback and new technology requirements.
- Represent the company in international trade exhibitions, conferences, vendor registrations, and networking events.
- Lead key account management and strengthen long-term business relationships with leading engineering and EPC clients.
- Prepare, track, and report sales KPIs, forecasts, and business development progress to top management.

Required Skills And Competencies





- Strong understanding of fabrication industry, metallurgical components, manufacturing processes, EPC functioning, and technical specifications.
- Proven expertise in global tendering, contract negotiation, export-import documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-country marketing operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Office, market database tools, etc.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 15+ years marketing experience in heavy fabrication, engineering services, or industrial manufacturing workplace.
- Experience working with multinational clients across Europe, Middle East, Africa, USA, Asia-Pacific will be an added advantage.
- Strong exposure to institutional sales, government tenders, EPC procurement, and large-scale industrial contracts.
