Position Overview
The Senior Manager - Workforce Strategy & Deployment will support the Head - Workforce Strategy & Deployment in rolling out standardized staffing models. This role will execute contract governance, monitor vendor compliance, support incentive programs, and ensure staffing sufficiency across operations.
Job Purpose
To provide execution and governance support in implementing manpower deployment frameworks that ensure sufficiency, consistency, compliance, and productivity across outsourced staffing nationally.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Contract & Vendor Governance: Review and monitor manpower supplier contracts. Support vendor audits and governance reviews. Escalate compliance issues to Head - Operations Staffing Deployment.
- Deployment Support: Track staffing sufficiency against forecasts. Address shortfalls and liaise with regions for solutions. Support scale-up/scale-down during demand cycles.
- Incentives & Engagement: Support implementation of gamified incentive/pay models. Monitor productivity impact of programs.
Recommend changes to improve adoption.
- Technology & Data: Work with IT for sourcing and onboarding platforms. Maintain accurate dashboards for staffing sufficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with Regional PDA managers for rollout. Support HR/Legal/Finance with compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in Business, HR, or Operations. Experience: 8 - 10 years in manpower/vendor governance or staffing operations. Knowledge of labour law compliance. Experience in logistics or express industry preferred.
