Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Position Summary The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for India across all business units, plants, engineering centers, shared services, and corporate functions. The role is responsible for developing and implementing a robust talent acquisition strategy that supports business growth, strengthens employer branding, enhances candidate experience, and ensures the timely hiring of high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute the India Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions. Drive creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across manufacturing, engineering, digital, finance, and corporate functions. Partner with business leaders to anticipate future talent requirements.
Recruitment Operations
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across all India locations. Ensure achievement of hiring targets, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire metrics. Drive recruitment process standardization and continuous improvement. Monitor recruitment effectiveness through dashboards and analytics.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leadership teams. Collaborate with plant leadership, functional leaders, and global talent acquisition teams. Ensure strong partnership with hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
