Role Summary:

The role is responsible for driving the company's retail expansion strategy by identifying and securing new store locations across malls and high-street markets. The candidate will manage end-to-end site acquisition, commercial negotiations, lease closures, and stakeholder coordination to support the organization's aggressive growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable retail locations in malls and high-potential commercial areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall developers, landlords, property consultants, and leasing partners.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for Mall Stores and Company-Owned & Company-Operated (COCO) stores.
- Coordinate with Mall Management, Legal, and Finance teams to secure Letters of Intent (LOIs), finalize lease agreements, and ensure timely closures.
- Conduct market research and location analysis to assess business potential, footfall, competition, and commercial viability.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations,



Projects, and Store Development to ensure seamless store openings.
- Monitor lease timelines, documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements throughout the store acquisition process.
- Develop and execute a robust business development and expansion strategy aligned with the company's objective of opening 1,000 stores by 2030.
- Track expansion progress, maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective locations, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Desired Profile:

- Experience in Retail Expansion, Leasing, Business Development, Real Estate, or Store Acquisition.
- Strong exposure to lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and retail site selection.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior experience with retail, QSR, fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands, or organized retail companies will be preferred.
