About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Manager – Record to Report (R2R)

to lead our finance operations, governance, and financial reporting processes. In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure strict compliance with internal and statutory standards, drive automation, and partner across cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and cost structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Architecture &
- Reporting (30%):

Oversee GL, Fixed Assets, inter-company accounts, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial closures. Consolidate annual business plans, manage zero-based budgeting, and prepare executive MIS reports.

- Internal Controls &

- Compliance (20%):

Ensure zero-tolerance compliance with GST, Income Tax, MSME, and regulatory frameworks. Manage audit processes (internal & external) and enforce strong Delegation of Authority (DoA) controls.

- Financial Optimization &

- Strategy (20%):

Drive EBITDA improvement initiatives,



evaluate capital/strategic investment proposals with sensitivity analysis, and identify cost-curtailment opportunities.

- Automation &

- Innovation (10%):

Benchmark processes against global standards and drive automation/digitization tools toward a zero-touch accounting framework.

- Team Leadership &

- Development (10%):

Lead and mentor a team of finance executives. Foster a continuous learning environment and ensure team training goals are met.

What We Are Looking For

- Education:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required.

- Experience:

8–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within the

Manufacturing Industry

.

- Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in accounting policies, Companies Act, Direct &

- Indirect Taxation, financial modeling, SAP, and advanced MS Office.

- Soft Skills:

Robust leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and crisis management capabilities.
