About The Role We are looking for a visionary Technical Senior Manager to lead our Salesforce development vertical, specifically focusing on our Loan Origination System (LOS).

You will oversee a high-performing development team, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable lending solutions that align with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the LOS project.
- Team Management: Manage a multi-tier team structure where Team Leads report directly to you. Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Domain Expertise: Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, utilizing deep knowledge of the Lending/FinTech domain (Origination, Credit, Disbursement).
- Technical Governance:
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, solutioning and deployment process.
- Ensure all developments adhere to best practices, processes and security standards.
- Ensure the timely delivery of modules
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for the project and ensure seamless integration with internal/external systems (e.g., middleware, third party services).
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Experience: 10+ years in IT,



with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing complex Salesforce implementations.
- Technical Depth:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sales cloud and service cloud
- Experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex architectural challenges and provide technical direction during critical project phases.
- Leadership: Experience managing "managers" (Team Leads) and handling team sizes of 10+ members.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in the Financial Services or Lending industry, with a deep understanding of LOS workflows and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Education: BE degree in Computer, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus)
- Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development
- 4+ years of experience in managing team
