About The Role

- Responsible for independently/ or managing a team for executing projects in core lending systems, rule engine, dedupe & satellite systems.
- Work with users to understand requirements and discuss functional and technical solutions with vendor partners.
- Knowledge of end-to-end loan origination, maintenance and servicing, with loan accounting, recon and related processes
- Liaise with the vendors and in house teams for sprint planning, prioritization, design and delivery.
- Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.
- Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.
- Handle audit and compliance activities for the systems.
- Track agreed SLAs with vendors, process vendor invoices.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for increasing process and operational efficiency with measurable outcomes.
- Track and manage system availability and maintenance tasks.
- Keep tab of latest technology trends and leverage it for improvements/changes in current setup to increase efficiency,



reduce cost and time to market.
- Publish regular reports of activities and highlight potential risks

Qualification & Experience
- Years of experience: 10-16 years of experience
- Must have strong experience of LOS, LMS. Collections experience will be an advantage

Mandatory Qualification – Engineering Degree Work Experience 8–10 Years
