Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute transportation procurement activities, including conducting transportation tenders and bidding processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable transport partners to support business requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with transport vendors to achieve cost efficiencies and service excellence.
- Prepare, review, and manage transportation contracts to ensure compliance, commercial viability, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with transport partners and vendors.
- Coordinate transportation operations and ensure timely and productive delivery of goods across locations.
- Conduct risk assessments of transportation contracts, agreements,



and vendor engagements to mitigate operational and commercial risks.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, transportation performance metrics, and procurement dashboards for management review.
- Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and oversee transportation procurement activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage annual transportation budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and transportation compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency, service levels, and cost management.

Qualifications

- Graduate & MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in English Language (spoken & written)
- Experienced in using SAP

Experience

- Minimum 8 to 14 years in similar portfolio
