Your Responsibilities :

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the companys success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as :

- Build up and lead the India based team of the Product Content Management (PCM) department and act as a transition manager by strongly supporting the department lead located in Germany in executing the global IT strategy.
- Build and scale the Shape Group from the ground up, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing talented employees.
- Establish a strong communication link to the rest of the globally acting team located in other countries and continuously strengthen collaboration to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with all architects, product owners and development teams of the shape to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Lead performance discussions, development planning, skill assessments, and feedback cycles to foster continuous growth and engagement.

Your Profile :

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in software engineering, integration architecture, or solution architecture roles.
- Proven experience working with enterprise integration platforms,



ideally MuleSoft or comparable ESB technologies.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, API-first principles, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in the field of Product Information Management (PIM) or comparable digital commerce ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Practical experience in supplier management, vendor collaboration, and service delivery governance is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in people leadership or team development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in building teams in a global workplace and working with distributed or offshore teams (e.g. India / Europe).
