Mission u2022 Conduct internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Abbott Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures), summarize and document investigations appropriately, and report investigation outcomes to managers and/or relevant stakeholders as appropriate.

u2022 Assist in intake and analysis of new reports, including identifying potential legal and policy issues and recommending appropriate investigators.

u2022 Identify gaps in the company's policies, procedures, and training that become apparent during investigations, and recommend appropriate corrective action.

u2022 Adopt and employ leading forensic and investigation practices, technology, and data analysis to reach appropriately supported and well-reasoned conclusions on investigation matters.

u2022 Obtains relevant information regarding alleged violations of the Abbott Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures), reviews and analyzes documents, interviews witnesses, drafts report of investigative findings,



and participates in discussions with relevant stakeholders regarding the outcome of internal investigations and appropriate corrective actions.

u2022 Assists in triaging complaints of alleged violations of the Abbott Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures), including appropriate categorization and assignment of those complaints.

u2022 Assists Director, Global Investigations with risk assessments, trend analysis, and compiling audit responses.

Education u2022 Bachelor's degree or above required.

Experience/Training Required/Desired u2022 Three+ years of investigation, legal, auditing, financial or compliance experience, including experience reviewing documents, conducting witness interviews, and drafting summaries.

u2022 Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or health care industry.

u2022 High proficiency in English.

u2022 Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
