Role: To work as a member of the strategy function for design and deployment of the organization's strategic road map and business initiatives along with the leadership team. The role is expected to contribute towards a mix of functional, cross-functional and organization wide initiatives ranging from the short-term to the medium & long term.
Duties and responsibilities: Ensure deployment of initiatives and action steps to deliver business objectives across department. Support business teams to deliver on their financial goals such as P/L, Cost of Acquisition, Non-financial goals such as improving of business efficiencies. Conduct monthly reviews with Sales teams & provide them support.
Should have extensive experience in commission- (Reconciliation & Processing). Work on a diverse set of initiatives with department heads & cross-functional teams. Well versed with Excel & Macros/Data analytical tools.
