What You'll Do?
- Manage financial reporting and controllership for our NBFC business.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS, RBI regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with auditors and lead statutory, internal, and regulatory audits.
- Drive strong financial controls, accounting governance, and process excellence.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Tax, FP&A;, and Business teams to support strategic growth.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance finance processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Who's the right fit?
- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership within an NBFC or Financial Services organization
- Deep expertise in Financial Reporting, Ind AS/IFRS, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills
