About the Role

APSK is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – Enterprise AV Sales & Collaboration Solutions to drive business growth in Skilled AV, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, and Enterprise Collaboration Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise solution selling, managing large AV projects, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise AV business development and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Develop opportunities in meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, command centers, and collaboration spaces.
- Engage with enterprise customers, consultants, architects, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Prepare RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with presales, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.

Required Skills

- 8–15 years of B2B sales experience in Professional AV, Video Conferencing,



or Collaboration Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, LED Displays, Professional Audio, AV-over-IP, Control Systems, and Digital Signage.
- Experience in solution selling, enterprise tenders, commercial negotiations, and margin management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Certifications

- AVIXA CTS (Preferred)
- CTS-D / CTS-I (Added Advantage)
- Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, AV-over-IP, or other leading AV OEM certifications.
