Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Senior Manager -Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves building advanced machine learning models, leveraging generative AI frameworks, and applying data science techniques to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming skills, hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, and exposure to cloud-based AI services.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on AI-led transformation experience, cloud platform expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP), end-to-end solution ownership, technical design thinking and solution architecture capabilities, and structured problem-solving.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models to address business needs.
- Work with large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and industry-standard libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, AutoML, etc.).
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based solutions (GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar models) for real-world applications.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with best practices, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Explore and apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text understanding,



summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- Implement solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Manage project, team and supervise end to end project.
- Research and experiment with GenAI, Agentic AI models, and advanced frameworks to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and troubleshooting.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, and data science projects.
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, frameworks, and model deployment.
- Proficiency with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Prior experience in building or fine-tuning LLM applications.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques and tasks (NER, sentiment analysis, summarization, text classification).
- Exposure to AutoML frameworks and cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Experience with MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
