Are you a seasoned professional in critical facilities and data center operations ? We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Data Center Operations to lead end-to-end facility management for a high-availability data center environment.

? What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure operations
- Oversee maintenance of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and HVAC/chillers
- Drive operational efficiency, uptime, and cost optimization
- Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with construction, vendors, and cross-functional teams for system integration and commissioning
- Ensure strict adherence to safety & compliance standards.
- Manage capacity planning, system reliability, and outage prevention




- Mentor and lead a high-performing CFOps team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience in data center / critical facilities operations
- Solid hands-on exposure to power systems (12kV switchgear, UPS, generators up to 3MW, batteries, etc.)
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
