- The Senior Manager ContentDevelopment will be responsible for designing, developing, and managinghigh-impact learning content that drives sales effectiveness, productknowledge, customer engagement across the Bancassurance channel.
- Designing, developing, andmanaging high-impact learning content including Trainer Handbooks, Facilitator Guides, Participant Workbooks,Certification Assessments, Knowledge Checks, Case Studies, Role Plays,Simulation Exercises, and Sales Kit. Manage content repository and keepupdating the same for audit purpose.

- Createstructured learning interventions aligned to channel capability priorities suchas Financial Need Analysis (FNA), Need-Based Selling, Protection Selling,Product Advisory, Customer Conversations, Regulatory Compliance, SalesManagement, and Leadership Development for BDM as well as channel partner
- AI-enabled content development,e-learning, and usage of multimedia development platforms to deliver engaginglearning experience for the sales.

2 . What are the roles deliverables/goals

- Co ntent creation implementation as per the SOP
- AI-enabled content development,e-learning, and usage of multimedia development platforms to deliver engaginglearning experience for the sales within defined TAT
- Maintaining the content repository and updating itregularly.
- Stakeholder management- Partner with product, salesdistribution team, compliance, marketing, LD team to create trainingcontent.
- Quality assurance governance- Establishcontent development standards, templates, and governance processes.

3 3. What are we looking for

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate degree/MBApreferred.

4. Work Experience

- 812+ years in CapabilityDevelopment with 7-10 years in Life Insurance or Bancassurance.




- Proven experience in developinglarge-scale digital learning programs using the content authoring tools andtechnology-enabled learning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience inmanaging end-to-end content development projects.
