The role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to provide functional consulting, solution advisory, and strategic guidance across enterprise banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering activities.

- Drive solution consulting across Core Banking and Corporate Banking transformation programs.

- Perform business analysis, gap analysis, and prepare functional solution documents.

- Work with business stakeholders, architects,



and delivery teams to define scalable banking solutions.

- Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Participate in solution shaping, stakeholder management, and consulting engagements for global banking clients.

- Mentor teams and contribute to consulting best practices.
