As we expand globally, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help establish and grow our Clinical Research and Regulatory Solutions practice. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a key role in building a global consulting business from the ground up.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused professional who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and business acumen.

This is not a traditional operations role .

You will act as the primary technical consultant during client discussions, support business development, lead project execution, coordinate with international regulatory experts, and help build a high-performing consulting team.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with international clients, solving complex business problems, building new service offerings, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Business Development

- Lead discovery and requirement-gathering calls with U.S. and international clients.
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable Clinical Research and Regulatory solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and capability discussions.
- Support proposal preparation, solution design, project estimation, and pricing.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the Founder & CEO.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Clinical Research Solutions Lead or support projects involving:

- Clinical Operations
- Clinical Trial Management Support
- Site Management
- Study Start-Up Activities
- Medical Writing
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Project Coordination
- CRO Support Services
- Clinical Research Consulting
- Clinical Research Staffing Support

Medical Device Regulatory Solutions Coordinate and support projects related to:

- FDA 510(k) Submissions
- Medical Device Documentation
- Device Classification
- Regulatory Strategy Discussions
- Technical Documentation
- ISO 13485 Documentation
- Risk Management Documentation
- Regulatory Project Coordination
- Medical Device Compliance Support





Deep FDA expertise is not mandatory. The successful candidate should be willing to work closely with experienced U.S.-based regulatory advisors and continuously develop expertise in this area.

Project Leadership

- Manage multiple domestic and international client projects.
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality and delivery.
- Ensure timely communication with clients.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Team Building

- Support recruitment of Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs professionals.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Develop SOPs, templates, checklists, and delivery processes.
- Establish quality standards and documentation practices.
- Help build a scalable consulting practice.

Strategic Growth

- Support the launch of new healthcare consulting services.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Build relationships with international consultants and industry partners.
- Represent Northquest in strategic discussions with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, Medical Devices, or a related healthcare discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with CROs, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, or healthcare consulting organizations.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Research processes.
- Exposure to Medical Device Regulatory Affairs is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience interacting with international clients.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Working Hours

- Standard Office Hours:



10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
- Flexibility to attend scheduled meetings with U.S. clients, typically between 8 :00 PM and 01:00 AM IST , based on business requirements.
- Flexible working hours or compensatory time may be provided after late-evening client meetings.

International Exposure & Travel This role offers significant opportunities to represent Northquest Solutions at industry events, client meetings, and business development initiatives in India and internationally.

Based on business requirements and individual performance, the selected candidate may have opportunities to:

- Represent Northquest Solutions at Clinical Research and Medical Device conferences in India and the United States.
- Attend international client meetings and networking events.
- Participate in healthcare exhibitions and industry conferences.
- Visit client sites and partner organizations as required.
- Support business development initiatives across global markets.

Preferred Travel Qualification

- A valid U.S. B1/B2 Business Visa will be an added advantage but is not mandatory .
- Candidates willing to travel within India and internationally as business needs arise will be preferred.

Success in the First 12 Months The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Become the primary technical contact for Clinical Research and Regulatory consulting engagements.
- Lead client discovery calls and solution discussions.
- Successfully deliver multiple domestic and international consulting projects.
- Build delivery processes, SOPs, templates, and quality standards.
- Support recruitment and development of the Clinical & Regulatory team.
- Establish strong working relationships with international consultants and partners.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
