Key Responsibilities

- Drive & Scale Partnerships: Lead, drive, and scale assigned industry categories through a strategic partnership sales model.
- Ecosystem Mapping: Deeply understand merchant ecosystems and industry drivers to identify new avenues to partner and scale up.
- Innovation Pipeline: Utilize consumer, vertical, and competitor insights to identify need gaps and create an innovation pipeline across verticals, ensuring quick turnarounds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business Analytics teams to execute joint strategies and derive desired outputs.
- Partner Engagement: Monitor and analyze lead quality through Enterprise Partners and execute partner engagement via both online and offline events.
- Account & Relationship Management: Manage all post-lead interactions through stellar relationship-building,



deep product knowledge, and strategic planning.
- Financial Results: Manage the financial aspects of accounts to meet or exceed targets for both growth and profitability.

What We Are Looking For

- Fintech Expertise: Prior experience working for a Payment Gateway product or within Fintech/POS/QR spaces is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively align with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Agility: Proven ability to handle ambiguity, multitask effectively, and maintain a "never-say-die" attitude in a quick-paced environment.
- Technical Savvy: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email etiquette.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A track record of aligning account plans with client objectives to consistently outperform benchmarks and deliver stellar client satisfaction.
