This is frontier work.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture planning, tool use, and step-by-step decision-making for sophisticated ML tasks

Design and document data strategies that help LLMs navigate intricate, real-world problem-solving scenarios

Review and mentor structured traces to ensure optimal logical flow, clarity, and technical accuracy

Apply senior-level architectural insights to validate and improve how AI models reason through multi-step challenges





Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced machine learning practitioner with significant hands-on expertise in ML, deep learning, or related technical fields

Skilled at decomposing complex, ambiguous problems into clear, logical, and well-documented steps

Familiar with LLM evaluation, training methodologies, and how large models reason and fail

Detail-oriented with solid written communication — you can explain sophisticated concepts precisely and clearly

Self-directed and comfortable producing high-quality work independently Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems

Top-tier Kaggle competition results (Grandmaster or Master level) — demonstrating deep command of model performance and feature engineering

Background in AI safety, RLHF, or reasoning-focused ML research
