Bespoke Lighting Designer

? Location: Lonavala Della Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Bespoke Lighting Designer to join our R&D; team. This role focuses on designing luxury decorative lighting solutions for residential, hospitality and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lighting aesthetics, materials, construction techniques and manufacturing processes, with the ability to take designs from concept to production. Key Responsibilities:

- Design bespoke decorative lighting fixtures including chandeliers, pendants, wall lights, table lamps and floor lamps.
- Develop concept sketches, technical drawings, 3D models and production-ready designs.
- Create detailed specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, glass, crystals, metals, acrylics and other decorative components.
- Work closely with the R&D;, engineering and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and production-ready.
- Coordinate with vendors for custom components, prototypes and sampling.
- Participate in prototype development, testing and design refinements.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety and performance standards.
- Research global lighting trends, materials and technologies to develop innovative luxury products.
- Support product development from concept through final production.

Desired

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in decorative or bespoke lighting design.
- Solid understanding of lighting fixture construction, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar 3D design software.




- Experience with KeyShot, V-Ray or other rendering software.
- Knowledge of lighting components, drivers, LED systems and electrical fundamentals.
- Strong visualization, detailing and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in luxury lighting, furniture, product design or interior products will be an advantage. What We're Looking For:
