What You'll Do

Counsel prospective learners on online UG & PG degree programs.

Connect with leads through calls, emails, chats, demos, and follow-ups.

Understand candidates' educational and career aspirations and recommend the right programs.

Manage the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.

Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Effectively use CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in B2C sales (EdTech experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer operations.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
