Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of employee advantages and non – employee benefits programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customized benefit solutions.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry trends to inform benefit strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals to ensure high service standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize offerings.
- Analyze cost and utilization trends to recommend enhancements and cost-saving measures.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience insurance.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to develop cost-effective benefit strategies.
