Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer Web

Experience : 3 to 6 yrs

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid)

Stack : React, Next.js, JavaScript, Tailwind

What You'll Do :

- Own major features end-to-end including broker KYC/eKYC, order placement, payments, baskets, and portfolio dashboards.
- Build performant, mobile-first UI used by lakhs of users.
- Integrate REST APIs and real-time market data (WebSocket/STOMP) for live prices and charts.
- Lead migration of legacy CRA apps to our Next.js, Tailwind, and Radix stack.
- Drive performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size) and act on analytics (PostHog, Mixpanel, CleverTap) and Sentry.
- Enforce code quality through reviews and reusable component patterns; mentor engineers.

Must-Have :

- 2 to 4 yrs building production React apps (hooks, context, performance patterns).
- Robust JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS.
- Hands-on Next.js (Pages Router, SSR/SSG, routing, config).




- Tailwind CSS and design-system primitives (Radix, shadcn/ui patterns).
- REST integration with Axios; responsive, pixel-accurate Figma implementation.
- Solid Git workflows.

Good to Have :

- Real-time data (WebSocket/STOMP), charts (Highcharts/Recharts), and animations (Framer Motion/Lottie).
- Zod validation, SWR, analytics and A/B funnel optimisation, and Sentry.
- Payments (Juspay), KYC/eKYC, or fintech/trading domain exposure.
- Experience migrating legacy React (CRA/MUI) to Next.js; TypeScript familiarity.

You've owned a codebase end-to-end, made pragmatic architecture trade-offs across multiple apps, raised the quality bar through mentorship, and shipped fast without breaking trust in money-critical flows.
