We are seeking a Senior / Lead AI Engineer to architect, deploy, and scale production-grade Generative AI and ML solutions. You will lead the design of agentic workflows, leverage modern foundation models across diverse platforms, and build production AI systems on Microsoft Azure to directly power business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Architecture & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy robust, production-ready AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.
- Cloud & Azure Ecosystem: Develop and scale applications using Microsoft Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure.
- Model Selection & Integration: Evaluate, select, and integrate diverse foundation and hosted models tailored to specific use cases, including domain-specific image generation tools.
- Agentic Workflows: Architect autonomous AI agents and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and agent-to-agent design patterns.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams to push AI capabilities into live production environments and explore emerging AI technology trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field with a track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.




- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Services , Azure Machine Learning , and Azure OpenAI .
- Solid experience with Generative AI , LLMs , and specialized Image Generation models .
- Demonstrated experience building agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph (or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in Python , REST APIs , and modern MLOps best practices.
- Practical mindset with a focus on end-to-end system design rather than isolated model components.

Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing workflow and campaign tools (e.g., Sprinklr ).
- Familiarity with creative ecosystems, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Firefly .
- Understanding of how AI integrations optimize creative and marketing automation pipelines.
