Role Description: L&D; Consultant

- Client connects to understand the learning need
- Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements
- Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirements. Provide high-level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.




- Leading the project management for projects in scope
- Demonstrating thought leadership

Role Requirements

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in Learning and Development
- Strong internal and external client service orientation
- Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions. Travel would be occasional

Qualification

- 10+ years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role
- Knowledge of established L&D; frameworks, solutions, and theories.
- Awareness and exposure to assessments- behavioural, knowledge-based, psychometric and others
- Knowledge of Digital learning
