Nature of the Job

1. Must have good experience delivering Landscape Design/ Public Realm projects in the private or public sectors.

2. Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes. International experience of the UK, Middle East or APAC regions will be considered an added advantage.

3. Must be proficient in design detailing and construction techniques.

4. Must be proficient in, but not limited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), MS Office, SketchUp, Rhino and rendering softwares like Lumion/ Enscape/ Twin motion. Advanced experience of BIM related software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works will be considered an added advantage.

5. Candidates should demonstrate competency in softwares, transparent communications skills to gain understanding of the required tasks,



quick and a methodical decision-making approach for the design & related tasks.

6. Assist in the production of drawings including plans, grading, section, elevations, perspective, 3D model and reports.

Qualifications

1. A Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of International repute will be an added advantage.

2. Applicants are required to have between 8-15 years of experience in relevant field.

3. Bachelor’s degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered, if you can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation.
