As we expand into spiritual commerce through Srimandir store , we're looking for a Senior Jewellery Product Designer to build meaningful, contemporary jewellery collections rooted in spirituality.

About the Role

You'll own the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline for Sri Mandir's spiritual jewellery and accessories - from concept to launch. You'll transform devotional meaning into products that people genuinely want to wear every day.

You'll work at the intersection of:

- Faith – ensuring every design is spiritually authentic
- Fashion – creating beautiful, contemporary, wearable products
- Consumer Insight – designing based on customer behavior, trends, and data

What You'll Do

- Own the end-to-end product design and NPD pipeline for jewellery and accessories.
- Design products across categories including bracelets, pendants, malas, rudraksha, gemstones, deity-inspired jewellery, and accessories.
- Create detailed concepts, CAD-ready specifications, tech packs, prototypes, and sampling documents.




- Collaborate closely with vendors and manufacturing partners to bring products to life.
- Build cohesive collections aligned with seasonal launches, festivals, and devotional occasions.
- Stay on top of jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle trends while maintaining authenticity in spiritual symbolism.
- Work closely with business, content, and astrology teams to ensure every product is both meaningful and commercially successful.
- Use customer insights and post-launch data to continuously improve collections.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in Jewellery, Accessories, or Product Design.
- Robust portfolio showcasing commercially launched products.
- Hands-on experience with jewellery manufacturing, materials, gemstones, metals, and finishes.
- Proficiency in jewellery CAD/design tools such as Rhino, Matrix, Illustrator , or similar.
- Experience creating tech packs, prototypes, and coordinating with manufacturers.
- Strong fashion sensibility with an eye for trends and wearability.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into products.
- Curiosity or genuine interest in spirituality, astrology, gemstones, rudraksha, and devotional culture.

Good to Have

- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce jewellery brands.
- Experience building collections with fast product launch cycles.
- Exposure to product photography, visual merchandising, or packaging design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted concept generation tools like Mid journey.
