Role Description - The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from initial client briefing and concept development to detailed design and on-site execution.

Responsibilities include creating design concepts, developing mood boards, preparing detailed layouts, coordinating construction drawings, and overseeing material selection and FF&E; specifications. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the build process and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

uphold design standards, and contribute to process improvements and design innovation at Truww. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications With 2 - 6 years of modular interior designing experience Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive design concepts.

Proficiency in Space Planning and Construction Drawings to create functional, buildable layouts and detailed technical documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects, lead design reviews, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.

Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interiors.

Experience in site supervision, knowledge of local building codes and materials, and a detail-oriented approach to quality and finishing.
