Job Role

- Interior Designer

- Design residential interior spaces by creating cutting-edge and functional design concepts.

- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, BOQs, and project estimates.

- Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Ensure all designs comply with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Space Planning:

- Prepare space planning layouts.

- Design furniture layouts.

- Develop interior design concepts.

- Prepare mood boards.

- Select materials and color schemes.

- Present design concepts to clients.

2D & 3D Design

- Create detailed 2D working drawings.

- Develop 3D models.

- Create realistic renderings.

- Prepare design presentations.

- Ensure high-quality visualizations.

Technical Drawings

- Prepare electrical layout drawings.

- Prepare plumbing drawings.

- Prepare false ceiling drawings.

- Prepare flooring layouts.

- Prepare furniture drawings.

- Interpret architectural and structural drawings.

BOQ & Estimation

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Prepare project cost estimates.

- Ensure BOQ accuracy.

- Support material planning and budgeting.

Project Coordination

- Visit project sites for measurements.

- Coordinate with project managers.

- Coordinate with execution teams.

- Coordinate with vendors and site engineers.

- Resolve design-related issues during execution.





- Ensure projects are completed within timelines.

Documentation & Quality Control

- Maintain project documentation.

- Manage drawing revisions.

- Ensure drawings comply with company standards.

- Ensure client requirements are met.

- Submit drawings within deadlines.

Education

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
