Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and aligning design solutions with client requirements and project constraints. Daily responsibilities include space planning, coordinating with architects and construction teams, reviewing and guiding construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure cohesive, functional, and aesthetically aligned spaces. The role involves conducting site visits,



overseeing implementation quality, resolving design-related issues during execution, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

The Senior Interior

Designer will also mentor junior designers, collaborate with vendors and contractors, and support client presentations and approvals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, effective, and visually appealing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related knowledge and the ability to interpret and integrate Construction Drawings into practical design solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination to ensure cohesive material, furniture, and fixture integration.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in interior projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.
