Position Overview
Join QCraft's global IT operations team! We're looking for IT support engineers to help our teams across India, the US, and Europe stay connected and productive. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure and the opportunity to work with a truly global autonomous driving company. Perfect for freshers looking to start their IT career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees across global offices (India, US, Europe)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions (Active Directory, Google Workspace)
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with IT asset management and procurement
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-3 years of IT support experience (freshers welcome!)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
- Positive problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- English communication skills required
