About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with bench sales experience handles client acquisition, direct client requirements, and marketing consultants on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) models.

This role blends full-life-cycle IT recruitment with sales, vendor management, and business development to place technical consultants on projects.

Role Overview and Goals:

Client Development: Build a robust client base through cold calling, networking, and direct marketing.

Bench Marketing: Market available IT consultants on C2C terms with tier-1 vendors and direct clients.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Find new direct clients and prime vendors in the US IT market.

Negotiate service agreements, pay rates, and contract terms.

Grow and maintain a database of client contacts and hiring managers.

Bench Sales:

Market consultants currently on our company's bench.

Send daily mass mailings of consultant profiles





Match consultant skill sets with active C2C requirements.

Recruitment and Submissions:

Source IT professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Conduct phone screens to check technical skills and communication.

Submitting resumes with competitive rates and following up on status.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: 5 to 8 years in US IT recruitment, bench sales, and C2C business development.

Communication: Strong English speaking and negotiation skills.

Network: Active contacts with tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the US market.

Knowledge: Familiarity with visa types (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Key Duties:

Find new leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls.

Pitch IT services of our company and create new clients

Experience in doing market research and lead generation.
