About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, talent management, and strategic HR operations for our growing political consultancy firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high-caliber professionals across political strategy, field operations, data analytics, research, and media management.

Given the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of political consulting, you will play a critical role in scaling project teams quickly around election cycles, maintaining strict confidentiality protocols, and building a high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Specialized Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management: End-to-end recruitment for niche political roles, including Political Strategists, Data Analysts, Field Survey Vendors, Content Writers, and Campaign Managers.
- Rapid Deployment & Scaling: Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to mobilize field teams and project staff rapidly ahead of campaign timelines and regional elections.
- HR Operations & Policy: Structure and execute HR policies, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, performance metrics, and compliance suited for matrixed consultancy teams.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:



Lead seamless onboarding and background checks, along with managing contract life cycles for short-term project staff and long-term consultants.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Maintain team morale, resolve internal grievances, and drive engagement programs tailored for high-pressure work environments.
- NDA & Confidentiality Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to non-disclosure agreements, data security policies, and ethical codes across all tiers of the organization.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core HR leadership, with hands-on recruitment experience in political consultancy, campaign management, or public affairs firms.
- Education: MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or related fields.
- Network: Strong established networks for sourcing specialized talent in political research, campaign analytics, and ground operations.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strategic negotiation, crisis management, and adaptability to fluid project requirements.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR1 software, and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
