Location: L&T; Fabrication Yard, Hazira, Gujarat, India

Apave is looking for an experienced Senior HSE Officer / HSE Lead to join a major offshore EPC fabrication project at the L&T; Hazira Fabrication Yard .

This is an excellent chance to work on the fabrication, integration, heavy lifting, load-out, and transportation of some of the world's largest offshore gas compression facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee HSE compliance during fabrication, construction, heavy lifting, load-out, and transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, international standards, and client procedures.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and contractor performance evaluations.
- Review Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and risk assessments.
- Support commissioning readiness, incident investigations, and HSE reporting.

Requirements ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science

✅ NEBOSH International Diploma or NEBOSH IGC with extensive offshore fabrication experience





✅ Minimum 15 years of professional experience

✅ Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas projects

✅ Minimum 8 years in offshore fabrication yards

✅ Minimum 5 years in a Client HSE Representative, HSE Lead, or Senior HSE Officer role

Ideal Experience

- Offshore topsides and jacket fabrication
- Heavy modular construction
- Heavy lifting (1,000+ MT)
- Load-out and marine transportation
- EPC mega projects
- Experience with QatarEnergy, Qatargas/RasGas, LNG projects, L&T;, McDermott, Saipem, NPCC, Lamprell, or similar offshore fabrication yards is highly desirable.
