Job Title Senior HRBP – IT

As an Team Lead in the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

You will manage the recruitment and selection process, support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
