Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment MIS.

HR Operations

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documents.

- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HRMS with accuracy.

- Handle attendance, leave records, employee queries, and HR documentation.





- Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR audits.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

- Robust knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

- Experience working with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
