Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while handling day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction and exit formalities.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

Process attendance,



leave management and coordinate payroll inputs. Support performance management, employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills:

4-6 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance and employee lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS and ATS.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
