- Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
- Draft HR policies, company-wide reports, and manage internal HR communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in HR operations, leadership, and team management.
- Proven experience in handling 200+ employees and hire-to-retire processes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting policies, reports, and formal HR documentation.
