We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR qualified to lead the complete HR function and partner closely with leadership to build a strong, people-centric culture.

? Base Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai can apply)

✈️ Work Location: Chennai (Travel/visit required as per business needs)

? Experience: 10–13 years

? Role Overview

You will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives while managing end-to-end HR operations.

? Key Requirements

- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Preferably an immediate joiner
- 10–13 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience reporting to senior leadership/directors
- Knowledge of GreytHR is an added advantage

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations aligned with business goals




- Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Design and manage performance and appraisal systems
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits coordination
- Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain HR data, MIS reports, and confidentiality
