Terracle Private Ltd has an immediate opening for an Highway Engineer with strong technical abilities, experienced in Highway Infrastructure project design and able to work with a team of engineers on small- and large-scale projects in USA.

Responsibilities

- Senior Engineer to work on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. The work will include undertaking design of Highway in conformance with Highway design manual per local Cities and Counties in USA.

- Identify and develop concept highway alignment designs both horizontally and vertically suitable for progression to detailed design.

- Undertake preliminary and detailed junction designs (all types)

- Prepare reports and master planning studies to include specifications and cost estimates.

- Provide input to Project Managers in preparing current project status reports to keep clients informed.

- Collaborate with Design Team and support other staff members and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians.





Preferred candidate profile

- Ideal individual would have at least 8 to 15 years of progressive career experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects.

- Solid Civil 3D experience is a must.

- Experienced in developing plan and profiles, cross-sectional plans of Highway corridor and street improvement plans.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and staff leadership skills are needed.

- Familiar with Land Development design and grading standards, ADA compliance.

Experience with USA or UK projects.

- Familiar with site grading using topographical and survey data will be preferred.

- Familiar with drainage standards pertinent to storm drain and detention ponds design.

- Relocation assistance will be provided.
