We are looking for a Senior Hardware Test Engineer / Test Lead with 3–5 years of experience to join a leading German client project. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and embedded systems validation, with the ability to take ownership of hardware testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and validation.
- Execute ECU/BCM testing and system validation.
- Validate embedded systems and firmware.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely project delivery.
Required Skills Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing
- ECU/BCM Testing & Validation
- Embedded Systems & Firmware Validation
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Motion Control Systems
- Powertrain, Motor, Brake, or Power Steering Testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hardware or automotive testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
