We’re looking for a hands-on hardware engineer who loves taking a design from schematic to a working, shipping product. You’ll design, implement, validate and debug high-speed digital platforms built around AI compute modules, high-speed Ethernet, cellular connectivity, security subsystems and rugged embedded architectures — the kind of systems that run in industrial edge AI computers, AGVs, railway onboard units and secure networking gateways. This is a true engineering-implementation role.
You’ll work from architecture and product requirements set by our System Architects and Technical Leads and own the execution: getting the board designed right, bringing it up on the bench, driving it through validation, and standing behind it into production.
Roles and Responsibilities
4–6 years of hands-on high-speed digital hardware design. • A degree in Electronics / Electrical / ECE or related field. • Proven experience taking products design validation production.
• Strong signal-integrity-aware and SI/PI design fundamentals. • Confidence debugging real hardware at the bench. • Solid grasp of power delivery, EMI/EMC, thermal and DFx.
Develop detailed schematics and implement digital hardware designs.
- Select components within defined architecture constraints.
- Implement high-speed interfaces (PCIe 3/4/5, USB 3.2, LPDDR4/5, NVMe, HDMI 2.0, 1/10 GbE and more).
- Own hardware bring-up and bench debugging of current boards.
- Plan and run EVT and DVT validation cycles.
- Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Support EMI/EMC, thermal and environmental qualification.
- Provide manufacturing support and resolve production issues.
- Partner with Firmware, BSP, Mechanical, PCB and Validation teams.
- Optimize designs for performance, cost and manufacturability.
